Monstrous Turtles

Heard this OCremix at the end of this week’s Extra Credits, and thought it soundy kinda spooky and it’s near Halloween so I decided to post it here.

If I put Super Mario Bros. on it does time stop?

So they fit an entire functioning NES into a Super Mario Bros. catridge?

I WANT IT!

Super Metroid is a Super Nintendo game.  It is one of the pinnacles of what gaming can achieve, and can be compared to a masterwork painting from the Renaissance.  If you disagree with this fact then YOU ARE MY ENEMY!

Regardless, here is one of the (many) amazing music tracks in the game, and a balling remix of it.  This music plays in the underwater region of Zebes, Maridia.  It is very morose and somber, and gives me a feeling of drifting slowly deep underwater.  Which is appropriate.

 

Colecovision

This is a Colecovision.  It was a game console made like 600 years ago.  I have never owned one or seen one in real life (with my eyes).  I will list all of the facts I know about the Colecovision off the top of my head:

– The Colecovision is kinda like an Atari I guess.

– It has these controllers that have number pads on them.

– It was probably made of plastic and metal.

– I don’t know what the “coleco” in the title refers to, but I can assume the ‘vision’ part comes from ‘television’, which this device hooked up to.

– If you went over Niagra Falls and all you had with you was a Colecovision, you would fucking die.
